Begin your journey into the art of Tai Chi Qigong with this Level 1 Instructor Course, taught by Tracey Lindsay. You’ll learn the 18 flowing movements of Shibashi Set 1, designed to calm the mind, balance the body, and cultivate Qi — your vital life energy.

This comprehensive course includes 3 detailed instructional videos that teach every movement step-by-step, plus a full follow-along practice video so you can enjoy the complete flow once you’ve learned the form — something most other courses don’t offer. You’ll also receive in-depth materials on the foundations of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and 4 one-to-one Zoom sessions with Tracey for personalised feedback and support.

On completion, you’ll gain your Level 1 CMA Accredited Instructor Certificate, qualifying you to teach Shibashi Set 1 classes with the opportunity to progress on to the Level 2 Instructor Course.
