Begin your journey into the art of Tai Chi Qigong with this Level 1 Instructor Course, taught by Tracey Lindsay. You’ll learn the 18 flowing movements of Shibashi Set 1, designed to calm the mind, balance the body, and cultivate Qi — your vital life energy.

This comprehensive course includes 3 detailed instructional videos that teach each movement step-by-step, plus a full follow-along practice video so you can experience the complete flow once you’ve learned the form — something most other courses don’t offer.

You’ll also receive in-depth learning materials covering the foundations of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), along with four one-to-one Zoom sessions with Tracey for personalized guidance, feedback, and your final practical assessment.

On completion, you will receive your Level 1 CMA Accredited Instructor Certificate, qualifying you to teach Shibashi Set 1 classes and progress to the Level 2 Instructor Course.

• Fast Track Fee: £175 (rising to £205 from 1st September 2026)
  The Fast Track option is for students with previous Qigong or Shibashi experience. A brief Zoom conversation will be arranged to discuss your background and suitability.
