Tai Chi 10 Form

Yang 10 Form is composed of 10 movements all of which are used in the Yang 24 Form.  Yang 10 form is often referred to as Yang 8 form. Both are the same but Yang 8 does not count commencing and closing form

4. Part the wild horse’s mane, Left and Right

 

5. Cloud Hands


6. Golden Cockerel stands on one leg, Left and Right

 

7. Kick out Right, Kick out Left


8. Grasping the Peacock’s Tail, Right and Left

 

9. Embrace the Tiger


10. Closing Form
