Tai Chi Qigong Shibashi Set 2 – Level 2 Instructor Course - CMA Accredited
Deepen your knowledge of Tai Chi Qigong with this Level 2 Instructor Course, taught by Tracey Lindsay. You’ll learn the 18 beautiful and more expansive movements of Shibashi Set 2, designed to open the body, strengthen the lungs, enhance flow through the meridians, and elevate your overall energy.
This comprehensive training includes detailed step-by-step instructional videos covering every movement, along with a complete follow-along practice video to help you enjoy the full Set 2 routine once you’ve learned the form. You’ll also receive further materials to expand your understanding of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), plus four one-to-one Zoom sessions with Tracey for individual guidance and support.
On completion, you’ll gain your Level 2 CMA Accredited Instructor Certificate, qualifying you to teach Shibashi Set 2 classes and continue your professional development as a Qigong instructor.
