TAI CHI & LEMONS
My classes are designed to improve health and wellbeing on all levels and are open to everyone no matter of age or fitness. I work hard to ensure my students understand the principles of Tai Chi and Qigong and explain the reasoning behind each move.
I put a strong emphasis on enjoyment and try to cultivate an environment of compassionate attentiveness which gives a more creative approach to learning Tai Chi .
One thing I promise is that if you are willing to commit some time and energy to learning Tai Chi it will change your life for the better. Once you start on this journey Tai Chi will stay with you, live in you and become part of your everyday life, allowing you to enjoy all the health benefits it has to offer.
I started practicing Tai chi and Qigong 12 years ago and it is now part of my everyday life. Not only has it improved my health but it has also given me the tools to approach life in a totally new way.
As well as teaching Tai Chi and Qigong I have a keen interest in Traditional Chinese Medicine and spend my time reading and learning about it. I am currently exploring the healing benefits of the ancient art of Fragrant Qigong .
My greatest pleasure is helping people discover and work with their Qi (energy) and I also like to shine a light wherever I can.
