Hi I'm Tracey Lindsay. For 15 years Tai Chi and Qigong have been central to my daily life, improving my health and transforming my outlook.
As the author of "Fragrant Qigong: Unlock the Power to Heal Your Body," I'm passionate about sharing the healing benefits of Tai Chi and Qigong and am currently spending my time writing books, doing radio interviews, writing articles and running workshops to spread this knowledge.

I am also deeply interested in Traditional Chinese Medicine and continually learning and exploring this fascinating subject.

My Tai Chi journey is ongoing and I am now learning Fan and 32 Sword Yang Style, knowing that this path never truly ends.
